Adobe and the developers of the popular web design tool for Firefox browsers, Firebug announced on Friday a new Firefox plugin that will sync Adobe’s Browser Lab with Firebug. If you’re web developer, this is a big deal as it will allow for users to send the current state of their web page in Firebug (including design and CSS tweaks made directly in Firebug) to BrowserLab. This lets them see how their changes look across different browsers, along with enhancing their workflow with BrowserLab.

Additional features include Smart Align which screenshots can now be automatically aligned to a particular point of a page, for browsers that align pages differently. This helps users zero-in on problem areas of their pages. Also, Safari 5 has been added to BrowserLab’s portfolio of browsers.
